Titus was born in Hamburg, and spent his formative years in Antigua. After a few years back in Germany for a formal education and a subsequent adventure in journalism, he moved to the Turks and Caicos Islands, in 1989. In addition to his work in the field of property development and real estate sales, Titus works as a general business consultant for a domestic and international clientele. He has exhibited his love and aptitude for the TCI in serving as President of the Providenciales Chamber of Commerce (2001-2004), as the German Honorary Consul (2007-2013) and in founding the country’s first professional fine arts gallery. Titus is a Notary Public of the Turks and Caicos as well as a columnist for one of the country’s newspapers. His hobbies include sailing, hiking, writing short stories and singing jazz. Titus lives on Salt Cay and has a son and a daughter.
