For many years, we’ve been providing Turks and Caicos real estate services to buyers, sellers and investors in the Turks and Caicos real estate market, and it’s been a pleasure doing so. We’re pleased to announce a new division of our services: Turks and Caicos rentals.
Tourism here is booming. In fact, over 300,000 tourists visit these islands each year. It’s no wonder why. With crystal-clear turquoise waters, pristine sugary-white beaches, stunning scenery and perfect year-round, warm weather, Turks and Caicos is truly a tropical paradise.

We’re starting our rentals division with two exceptional properties. One is an 8,700 square foot luxury villa —The Windermere— located in Providenciales’ exclusive Leeward neighborhood. This canal front villa has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and easily accommodates 10 people. Ideally located, the property is just a short drive or a 10-minute walk to world-famous Grace Bay Beach in one direction or Blue Haven Marina in the other. The villa’s amenities include an unforgettable pool which extends under the living room floor and a private boat dock on the canal. The weekly rental fee for this property ranges from USD $12,250 during the low tourist season, to $25,500 in high season.

The second rental property we’re offering right now is Villa Aqua Pulchra. This magnificent villa is located on the southern shores of Providenciales, overlooking Chalk Sound National Park. It has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, and can sleep up to eight people. Each room provides absolutely stunning views of the water and cays. The villa features a 40-foot infinity edge pool, three linked patios, an outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ grill. Weekly rentals range from USD $4,500 to $8,000.

Spending a week in either of these villas would make for an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable vacation.
