The 50-acre Cooper Jack Marina in Providenciales, a mixed-use hotel, resort and residential marina development site, is officially back on the market and listed by RE/MAX Real Estate Group Turks & Caicos Islands with an asking price of $30 million.

Cooper Jack Marina, an exclusive 50-acre mixed-use marina development site located on the south shore of Providenciales, is officially back on the market with an asking price of $30 million. The property has been listed with RE/MAX Real Estate Group Turks & Caicos Islands.

“The 50 acre property includes a 10-acre marina basin, plus 40 acres of surrounding land that is set on 8,000 feet of shoreline, and this could be developed for a hotel, spa or resort site, or to build residential homes or villas,” notes Grace Lappin, new agent of RE/MAX Real Estate Group Turks and Caicos and a member of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association (TCREA).

The 80-foot wide entrance channel provides easy, unobstructed access, and this safe harbor is tucked in the lee of 100-foot Cooper Jack Hill. At present, the marina has been dredged with a cost of over $3 million to its controlling depth of 8.5 feet with 2,100 feet of seawall along with the cap rail, and 2,100 feet of stone pavers as a walkway. The entire site has government approval for marina, hotel and/or tourism-related uses.
