WHY AQUA PULCHRA

Aqua Pulchra is a superb four-bedroom villa with infinity edge pool, located on the southern shores of Providenciales. Situated on Chalk Sound, a nature reserve, breeding ground for Bone Fish. It is connected to the ocean by a narrow inlet. Every room provides stunning views of the magnificent water after which it is so aptly named. This is not just a rental property, this is a home, which is reflected in the warm and welcoming ambiance through out. It is an ideal private hideaway in which to relax and enjoy the Turks and Caicos Islands. There is easy access to the crystal clear warm water from the dock/deck. You can snorkel at the bottom of the garden! The water is 3ft 6? deep and very safe.

The property can sleep up to eight. The facilities are first class with our agent, Dinesh, at your service to make your holiday effortless and care free. Almost anything can be provided!

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

The villa is approached through electric gates with ample parking. The grounds are fenced off on three sides and there is a 150ft of waterfront on the fourth. The property is arranged over two floors, garage and laundry on the lower, accommodation and living area on the upper. An elevator, and/or steps, connects the two. All rooms have doors opening out on to the patios with views of the water.

The central point of the villa is a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining, and relaxing area with a panoramic undisturbed view of the water and cays. In two ‘wings’, either side of the living area, are the bedrooms and bathrooms. This makes it ideal for two families, or couples, who want to share but maintain their own privacy. In one wing is a king bedroom with en suite bathroom. There are views of the water, and doors out onto a patio and garden. Next to this is a twin bedroom with doors out onto a patio. The twin beds can be made up to one king bed. There is a further bathroom with walk in rain shower and a separate toilet and vanity unit. Linking these rooms to the living area is the Media room with 42″ HD TV, Bose sound system and BluRay DVD player. There is DirecTV provided and a collection of movies and music. The sound system is linked to the living area and patio by the pool. There is WIFI throughout the house and the patios.

The other wing is linked to the living area by a library. There is a king bedroom with views from three sides of the water and doors out onto a patio and gardens. There is another twin bedroom that can be made up into a king. A separate bathroom with walk in shower and a separate toilet and vanity unit. All bathrooms have two vanity units. The en suite bathroom has a tub.

OUTSIDE ENJOYMENT

There are three linked patios providing abundant space to relax and soak up the sun or dine al fresco under the stairs. All the patios are completely private and not overlooked. The infinity pool is 40ft long and 4ft 6″ deep with easy access by wide, shallow steps. There is a seating area in the pool to relax and admire the view with perhaps a cocktail or two! There is dining for 8 and a gas BBQ. Meander down the steps through the garden to a deck/dock with a seating area. From here you can swim, snorkel over our own coral reef, or launch the kayaks to explore Chalk Sound. Chalk Sound is a very safe sea water nature reserve. The water is about 6ft to 10ft deep mostly. The bottom is sandy. It is dotted with islands and not far from the villa is one with Iguanas. They will come close if tempted with grapes!

We rented very successfully in 2005 – 2008 prior to retiring and living here full time. Now we are building again on island a smaller home and in March 2015 we have refurbished and redecorated the villa for our guests to enjoy once more.
